Third-Party Agreement (QLD Career Ready SAS funding)

The Career Ready – VET in Schools program is funded by the Queensland Government under the VET Investment Plan and governed by the Program Rules and conditions of the Skills Assure Supplier Agreement.

Blueprint Career Development Pty Ltd (Blueprint), as the contracted Skills Assure Supplier, is responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules and funding conditions.

The Host School agrees to support Blueprint in meeting these obligations by fulfilling its responsibilities outlined in this Agreement, including attendance monitoring, supervision, student conduct management, and cooperation during audits or reviews initiated by the Department of Training and Employment (DTET).

The Host School acknowledges that it is acting as a third-party delivery site to support the delivery of the Career Ready – VET in Schools program/s, under a third-party arrangement with the RTO.

Blueprint Career Development Pty Ltd (Blueprint) is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) of record, and an approved Skills Assure Supplier under contract with the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training. Blueprint retains full responsibility for:

  • student enrolment, training, assessment, and the issuance of qualifications or statements of attainment.
  • compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 (or equivalent), the Skills Assure Supplier Agreement, and all applicable legislation and program requirements.

The Host School agrees to provide delivery support in the form of venue access, student supervision, and general operational assistance in accordance with this Agreement but does not assume any responsibilities as an RTO.

The Host School must not use the Queensland Government logo, the Skills Assure Identifier, or any other government or RTO branding in promotional materials without prior written approval from the RTO.

The Host School must not imply or represent that it is the provider of the accredited training, assessment, or certification for the Career Ready – VET in Schools program.

Any co-branded marketing materials, flyers, social media posts, or public communications relating to the program must be reviewed and approved by the RTO prior to publication.

The Host School agrees to ensure all references to the program acknowledge Blueprint Career Development as the RTO and reflect the government-funded nature of the training, as required by the Skills Assure Supplier Agreement and applicable program guidelines.

Promotional use of student images must align with this Agreement’s marketing and public communications requirements.

The Host School agrees to accurately maintain student attendance records, supervision logs, and any other program-related documentation required by the RTO for compliance purposes.

The Host School must:

  • ensure all relevant records are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • submit such records to the RTO as requested, in accordance with the program schedule or on demand
  • cooperate with the RTO and the Department of Trade, Employment, and Training (DTET) during audits, reviews, or investigations, by providing access to documentation, staff, and facilities if required

Blueprint will retain all records in accordance with its obligations under the Skills Assure Supplier Agreement.

✔️ No compliance or audit burden on your school We manage all student records, audits, and government reporting. However, the Host School must still ensure to align with the compliance requirements of the RTO.
✔️ Student progress tracking and reporting With term-based progress reports and alerts for students at risk. We manage records, government reporting, progress tracking, and student certification
✔️ Simulated workplace access Blueys Café, TrueBlueHQ, GreenThumbs and Sport Stars environments aligned to industry.
✔️ Optional student invoicing No bad debts, no chasing payments, no admin burden on your school.
✔️ No TAE or RTO PD required for school staff

No TAE or RTO-specific PD required for school staff
Under the Standards for RTOs 2025, school staff who support student learning (e.g., supervision, tutoring, engagement) but do not deliver training or conduct assessment are not required to hold a TAE qualification or complete RTO-mandated professional development.

Blueprint delivers all training and assessment using qualified trainers who:
– Hold the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Asessment (or equivalent)
– Have current industry experience and vocational competency
– Meet the RTO's credentialing and PD requirements

School staff providing non-assessable support must have relevant industry experience but are not considered trainers or assessors under the Standards.
