Service Level Agreement (SLA)

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a formal arrangement between your school and Blueprint Career Development that sets out exactly how Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs will be delivered.

Under an SLA:

  • Your school delivers the classes using Blueprint’s resources and training strategies.
  • Blueprint marks all assessments, maintains student records, and manages RTO compliance.

This allows your staff to focus on teaching while we ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Program Costs & Inclusions

Blueprint partners with schools to deliver engaging, compliant, and job-ready VETiS programs that meet both student aspirations and industry needs.

Our pricing reflects the full support package we provide — including quality resources, assessment marking, reporting, and compliance management.

Our pricing has two parts:

  • Program Fee – $600 per qualification, per year
This once-off fee applies to each qualification delivered at your school for the commencement of that year. It covers program setup, trainer induction, resource customisation, and compliance preparation.
  • Per-Student Course Fee
Charged for each student enrolled in the qualification. It covers access to learning resources, assessment marking, student records, progress reporting, and certification.

To ensure programs remain viable and meaningful, a minimum group size of 5 students applies. This creates collaborative learning environments while maintaining quality outcomes.

Important Note

This is a full fee-for-service option and does not access or utilise QLD SAS (Skills Assure Supplier) funding, including Career Ready Funding.

Under the Standards for RTOs 2025, school staff who support student learning (e.g., supervision, tutoring, engagement) but do not deliver training or conduct assessment are not required to hold a TAE qualification or complete RTO-mandated professional development.

Blueprint delivers all training and assessment using qualified trainers who:

– Have current industry experience and vocational competency
