This nationally recognised VET course is offered to adults and students in Years 10, 11 and 12. Participants are trained as tutors to assist learners who are studying at a secondary school level and experience difficulties or have special needs. Students from Years 10, 11 and 12 who enrol, will improve their own learning as they provide support to others in their schools.
This skill set is focused specifically on the skills needed to provide programs and services to help people develop a career pathway, locate and secure their ideal job.
This qualification reflects the role of staff who provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education.

CHC41215 Certificate IV in Career Development is focused specifically on learning how to provide the programs and support to help people develop a career pathway, locate, and secure their ideal job. This qualification reflects roles in career information and transition services within education, training, school or industry transition work environments.

This qualification is focused specifically on the key skills needed to volunteer under supervision and can be used as a pathway to workforce entry. Volunteering is also a great way to contribute to the community and connect with others.
