Emotional Intelligence could be described as the ability to monitor our own and others' feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide our thinking and behaviour.
Our ability to draw on our emotional intelligence helps us look after our physical, emotional and mental health and well-being. It also contributes to our ability to inspire and lead others. It’s integral in our ability to manage effective relationships including conflict resolution. It is, in so many ways, the driver of success in every sense of the word.
In this workshop, we will be introducing the personal and social competences of emotional intelligence and how these impact on our lives.
Each workshop is 1.5 hours long and provide a 'sneak preview' into our unique, nationally accredited programs and units of competence.
